“Something isn't working properly. Could AI help us solve this differently?”
One specific problem, bottleneck, recurring frustration or expensive inefficiency. In 45 minutes, you'll know what's actually going on — and whether AI changes how you could approach it.
This process keeps taking too long.
Important knowledge is scattered everywhere.
Our team keeps repeating the same work.
Information exists but nobody can find or use it properly.
This task consumes hours every week.
We keep getting stuck at the same point.
A process has become unnecessarily complicated.
We think automation might help, but we don't know if we're solving the right problem.
Or, simplest of all: something clearly isn't working, but you're too close to it to see why.
It's “what is actually going on here?” We don't assume AI is the answer — we find out.
You bring the situation. I don't start by pitching tools — I start by understanding what's actually happening, together with you.
I'm not going to promise that every problem gets solved in one call — that would be a different, less honest kind of service. What I can promise is that you'll see the situation differently than when you walked in.
A concise written synthesis: what we uncovered, the assumptions worth questioning, and the reframe if the problem wasn't quite what you thought it was. Something you can act on this week, not a report that sits in a drawer.
Sometimes 45 minutes is enough to see the next move. Occasionally the real problem needs a closer look than one call allows. When that's true, I'll say so plainly, and we scope a piece of investigation together — never assumed, never packaged in advance.
If deeper investigation is warranted, we scope that separately — by agreement, never by default.
I don't build the fix, and I'm not responsible for executing whatever emerges. If a technical build or specialist skill is what's needed, I'll help you see that clearly — and point you to the right person.
Jacqueline got right to the heart of my biggest business problem — which was giving me nightmares — and gave me a solution in one phone call. She knows how to cut through the noise and save you so much time and headaches.
Jacqueline can make the difference between being stuck for two months or two days — and that difference matters a lot.
These reflect the same judgment — cutting through noise, finding the real problem — now applied to AI-era situations.
Sometimes, yes — the reframe alone is enough to see the next move. Often the value is a clearer view of what's really happening, which questions matter, and what to try first. I won't promise a fix I can't guarantee; I will promise honest attention to the actual problem.
Then that's the answer. Part of the value of this session is not defaulting to automation. If the real fix is a process change, a conversation, or leaving something alone, I'll tell you that.
No — if you already knew that, you wouldn't need this session. Bring the friction as you experience it. Working out what (if anything) to automate is part of the work, not a prerequisite for it.
You get a written synthesis within a working day. If nothing further is needed, that's the whole engagement. If something deserves closer investigation, we'll talk about scoping that separately — on its own terms, not as an upsell baked into the call.
