AI Possibility Advisory · Door Three

Show me your business.
Let's see what's possible.

“Nothing is necessarily broken. I want to know what AI could make possible here that we're not seeing yet.”

Bring your business as it is — the knowledge, the workflows, the expertise, the customers. In 45 minutes, I'll show you one or two possibilities worth taking seriously. Not fifty ideas you'll never use.

01Who this is for

You don't need a problem to be here.

You may simply have a business that already works. This is for you if you have any of the following — and suspect AI creates possibilities you haven't yet imagined.

01

A successful business

02

Valuable expertise

03

Large amounts of knowledge

04

Existing workflows

05

Intellectual property

06

Customer relationships

07

Content, data or processes

08

Ideas or capabilities you haven't yet used fully

Not fifty ideas. One that matters.

Not “here are 50 cool AI tools.” Not “let's automate everything.” Not generic use cases for your industry. What becomes possible when AI is applied thoughtfully to this business, these people, this knowledge?

02What I look at

I look at your business. Then I listen.

Before we talk, I look at what you already have — your work, your positioning, what you've built. In the session, I listen for what's underused, overlooked, or sitting in a box no one's opened lately. The goal is one or two meaningful possibilities, not a roadmap.

01

Making organizational knowledge more usable

02

Turning existing expertise into a new customer experience

03

Making a previously impractical idea feasible

04

Augmenting how a team thinks or creates

05

Better access to information you already possess

06

New ways for customers to interact with your expertise

07

Reducing friction while keeping human judgment central

08

Letting a small team do what once needed far more resources

03The goal

The reaction we're after is simple.

“I didn't know we could do that.”

One meaningful possibility, clearly seen, is worth more than fifty generic ones you'll never act on.

04What you receive

One possibility, clearly seen. Not a transformation roadmap.

You see one possibility clearly.

A concise written synthesis: what I noticed, why it's worth taking seriously, and what a first, small step toward it could look like. Not a fifty-page opportunity deck.

We decide if it's worth exploring further.

Sometimes one possibility is enough to act on immediately. If it warrants a closer look, we scope that together — I'm not automatically responsible for building what emerges, and I'll say so plainly.

05Is this the right door?

Fit, both ways.

This is for you if
  • You're curious what's possible, even though nothing is broken
  • You have valuable expertise or knowledge that feels underused
  • You want outside eyes before committing real resources to something new
  • You'd rather see one good opportunity than fifty generic ones
This probably isn't for you if
  • You want a full audit of every AI tool on the market
  • You already have a clear roadmap and just need it executed
  • You're looking for a generic industry trends report

Identifying a possibility doesn't make me responsible for implementing it. If it needs technical building or specialist expertise, I'll help you see that clearly — and point you toward the right person.

What one good suggestion is worth.

Spotting the opportunity

During a massive product launch, she suggested one action — that required little effort on my part — that brought in almost $20k extra revenue.

Before you book

Questions people ask before this one

What if you don't find anything?

That's rare, but possible — and I'll tell you honestly rather than manufacture a possibility to justify the call. More often the challenge is narrowing to the one or two that actually matter.

I don't have a specific problem — is that a waste of your time?

No. This session exists precisely for that situation. Bring the business as it is; that's the material.

Will you just recommend generic AI tools?

No. The value here is specific to your business, your knowledge and your situation — not a list of trending tools. If a tool is genuinely the answer, I'll name it, but it's rarely the starting point.

What happens after the session?

You get a written synthesis within a working day: the possibility, why it matters, and a first step. If it's worth a closer look, we discuss scoping that separately.
